Outcome: Designing, building, and launching the MVP of a modern renewable energy provider in deregulated markets using renewable sources.

Role: Project Lead & Design Researcher

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team of designers (UX , Research, Business, Strategy, and Communication ) to move from insights to product launch

  • Conducting design research over 3 markets to uncover user insights around renewable energy and building the value proposition of the venture

  • Leading the creation of the business model and the MVP of the venture

  • Leading the creation of a brand that resonates with target users

  • Building the roadmap and strategy to launch for the venture

  • Collaborating with Product Development partners to build the MVP of the venture
